The Founder, President and CEO of IBIE®. Over nearly five decades, Mr. Spore has worked as a successful entrepreneur, investment banker, and business consultant. He brings broad experience in finance, insurance, real estate, commodities, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Over the last 25 years September has successfully worked inside Ford Motor Company managing the financials on worldwide new car programs; managed project teams for Ernst & Young Consulting aimed at improving corporate client operating and financial performance; facilitated Fortune 500 executives through strategic planning, and managed the implementation of their corporate change initiatives.
